What is Zoho BugTracker?

Software presented as a simple, fast and scalable bug tracking system that helps users to manage bugs and deliver products on time. Users can submit, track and fix bugs faster in the bug tracking tool with the help of custom workflows, business rules and SLAs.

Users can track bugs based on any desired criteria, and create custom views for issue tracking to focus on bugs that are the most time sensitive. The software will also display how many bugs have been logged and if they've been resolved, along with reports.

Bug Tracking Automation - Automates emails, uses rules to trigger desired actions, and uses webhooks to connect to third-party applications, thus automating service level agreements.
Bugs View - Provides several fields so that submissions are detailed. Bugs can be assigned to team members, and customers kept in the loop as well, if there's a need for it. Bugs that are the most important can be displayed and exported with files if needed. Developers can stay focused with milestones, and progress is tracked with reports.
File Sharing - The application can be used to centralize file storage, and users can create, upload, and manage different file types, such as documents, ppts, excel files, and images. Zoho BugTracker enables the notificaftion of other users by email when a new file is uploadedm and comments can be added once they are uploaded.
Bugs Dashboard - A collaborative dashboard with an Activity Stream that gives a bird's eye view of all that's happening within a project and helps users to stay on top of what's going on, with frequent updates.
Forums Discussion - Forums can be used to keep everyone on the same page, by starting new discussions, sharing project updates with a team, commenting on their ongoing conversations, and staying on track with a project.
User Administration - Administrators can customize the portal, provide secure access and control various activities a group of users can perform on a project. Each role has different access privileges that includes actions like submit, move or assign a bug so as to fit a company's working style.
Customizations - To track bugs in any desired way, administrators can edit and reorder the default fields, or create new ones, like a text, numeric, or date field, to make it easier to classify bugs.
SLA Automation - Different levels of escalations can be assigned to make sure an SLA contract is never breached and automate certain actions at each step, like reassigning the bug to a senior developer.
