In this demo video, I showcase Zoomin', which is an app that includes an organized list based on entries of meeting dates and links as well as a virtual background randomizer. As a student, I found that there were many links I had to keep track of, such as recurring class events and individual meetings. Zoomin' provides a way to organize these plus find new backgrounds. It is practical yet witty; a great addition to our new virtual lifestyle. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge of iOS Development to make improvements to this app, such as sorting, account databases, customization, etc. Thanks for watching!

At Ping, we used Zoomin primarily for technical content, but the intent was to also provide a single jump-off point for all customer information (support portal, communities, developer portal, documentation, video). The business problem addressed by Zoomin was confusion due to multiple interfaces and urls for information from 6 departments. Zoomin created a single go-to page that consolidated all platforms.

The biggest advantage to using Zoomin is the care and loyalty of their people. No matter what occurred throughout the process, they were with us 100%.
The Zoomin product is one of the few DITA compatible products I've seen that presents a current and professional interface.
Zoomin's roadmap is impressive and I've actually seen first-hand that they really do make good on items on their roadmap!

Zoomin's SalesForce integration is a must finish. It's almost there, but they haven't been able to get Salesforce to certify it.

Our new Zoomin based interface increased traffic to our doc site by 600%.
The new Zoomin based site decreased traffic to the support portal by 10-20% for all segments of the business.
Customer comments provided positive results as customers started to see we were making much needed improvement.
