Overall Satisfaction with Ace Cloud Hosting

As the offsite ASM, I will be maintaining the financial records of this company remotely using QuickBooks Pro.
  • Follow up is stellar
  • Follow through is excellent
  • Assistance and availability are excellent also
  • Perhaps not using phone services that show Haiti as the home of the caller.
  • To be able to use QuickBooks from any location
  • That they are approved by Intuit
  • They have a good reputation and are fair in pricing
  • Too soon to respond

I found each of the individuals that I worked with to be extremely polite, professional and prompt. The entire process took less than 45 minutes and was up and running right away. I have thought hard about anything negative in my entire experience and I am unable to provide anything less than perfect.
