Overall Satisfaction with Adaptive Defense 360 / WatchGuard EPDR

It is easy to use, protects our server, computers and gives us [...] accurate reporting when there is a problem or issue! Easy to bypass important software files or executables in the control panel. Easy to add extra stations to the poll. We have not had any problems or encountered difficulties using the software. Easy to deploy!

Since we have been using Adaptive Defense 360, it has given us peace of mind and our customers are very happy knowing that their systems are well protected against viruses, malware, internet intruders, and spam coming via email and/or websites [that] may look safe but have things or scripts behind the scenes.
The centralized control panel has facilitated our lives as we can [easily see] all the computer systems protected. And if the software discovers any new device, we can then advise users of unprotected systems. Also, the reporting is very easy to read and gives a detailed list of threats so as to give peace of mind to the end-users.
