Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
Adobe Acrobat DC is used almost every day to take documents, such as MS Word, and convert them to .pdf and send them to clients in a format that is locked and not easily changed by them. They are also easily compressed in size for people who have limitations on their e-mailboxes.
Pros
- Easy to send documents in this format through email.
- Easy to store and file these documents.
- Cost effective software.
Cons
- It's not a full-featured Adobe Acrobat program. You need to pay extra for additional functions.
- The program sometimes lags or is sluggish.
- It's difficult to make changes to scanned documents sometimes.
- Small size of documents. Easy to email.
- The recipient cannot easily edit the document that they have received.
- Program is fairly easy to use.
- It has definitely improved our client relations, which has a positive impact on our ROI.
- Easy to append several documents together - saves time.
- Cost of the program is low, with respect to how much you get out of it, always good for the bottom line.
Adobe Acrobat DC is our program of choice due to the very good, reliable reputation of Adobe, as well as the ease of use of this product, and its reasonable cost. Also, it is easy to use on many different electronic products such as desktops, laptops, and even mobiles.
