It is being utilized across the entire organization. Specific vertical and organizational training is being delivered. Compliance is a huge component of what we do, this solution replaces all our other compliance solutions. Used for internal role specific training.
- Compliance assignments and reporting.
- Dynamic grouping of users based on people data.
- Simplify the delivery experience through a consistent interface.
- Role-based system - allowing for custom roles (compliance reporting by vertical).
- Skill management is a little clunky, limitation on required skills.
- In system testing option (not having to use external test creation).
- Additional activity types (video without scorm requirement).
- Compliance adherence (prior system had many gaps).
- Improved access to external content (not having others go out to other vendors).
Still in implementation, not there yet
Support was great, features were compliance based ++, reporting was robust, learning administration was easy and did not require very technical people to administer.
