Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
Adobe Captivate Prime is being used as the main Learning Management System for delivering all the training in the entire organization. The main problem it solves is that it keeps the user engagement level high due to the customizations and automation it offers. It is only used for internal training currently.
Pros
- Structuring content.
- Connection with client.
- Easy of use.
Cons
- Not being able to re-name an existing course is a true weakness of the system.
- Our ZOOM integration is not working, however, support is working with us to solve this problem.
- Semantics get in the way of finding solutions.
- Improved ease of training.
- Improved risk mitigation.
- Increased efficiency from e learning.
Adobe Captivate Prime has a vast set of tutorials that can guide you through every step of the training process while learning to get around Prime’s UI. These support resources are helpful user guides, FAQs, and other Captivate Prime support tools designed specifically for each user role. Overall very happy with the support.
- AT&T Managed Threat Detection and Response
The way it encourages stimulating eLearning experiences is what sets Captivate Prime apart from other LMSs. The Fluidic Player will be useful in uploading and using countless formats of eLearning content seamlessly. This player also helps improve retention since it allows learners to make notes. Consuming content whether it be online or offline is the best you can get out of this LMS, while at the same time you can keep track of your learners’ progress using personalized dashboards.
