Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We do social media posts. We do education classes. Let's say the education classes. We get the influencer or the educator. We set the picture up, we set the template up, we put our brand guidelines into the section, and then we just put it all together and then just output it. We can output it as a social media post or as a flyer, and then those go to the barbershops or the stores or locations where the classes are going to be, and that's how we promote those.

Pros

What we like is the motion. It creates motion. It's not a static post. That was our main focus on Adobe Express. It creates movement without going into a video or premier or something more complex. It's a smaller app, let's call it like that, that it's easier to use and it gives us that kind of delivery.

Cons

I think when you use vectorized images, it could be a little bit more smoother in the transition of the animation. Not that it's bad, but I think it could be better.

Return on Investment

It has saved time for us and it also has allowed people who are not full graphic designers to use it. Some of the social media employees have tried to learn Adobe Express and without a lot of knowledge from a graphics background, just by defining the parameters, the branding and everything, they are able to use it without being a graphic designer.

Content

There's always room for improvement. Nothing is perfect, but we use Envato and we use some charter stock images and stuff that we actually bring in into Adobe Express, so Adobe Express has enough, but we also bring from other places.

Ease of Use

We have the social media department using Adobe Express even without really knowing a lot about graphics.

Speed

That's why we need it because it's fast and easy to use.

Alternatives Considered

Well, they were using Canvas and I just knocked it out. We use After Effects too, but again, if you go into After Effects or Premier, you have to do a lot of addition. It's a lot more complex and Adobe Express for doing simple things. And I don't mean simple by diminishing them, I mean in a simpler way to do what we need to do for social media and our classes and our needs. It's way better than doing in the big programs.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well, again, I think Adobe Express is a smaller version of the software stuff from the Creative Cloud. We have Illustrator, Photoshop, and in Design, which are full applications, and Adobe Express being a smaller platform gives us a lot of ability to create things fast and just to create, especially towards our video and our animation, easier than doing it in the whole program.
