We use Marketo to power our pre-sales marketing efforts and route leads to downstream systems.
Pros
- Allows for specific, detailed workflows to execute complicated processes.
- Set up other users to execute marketing campaigns.
- Highly customize marketing automation processes.
Cons
- The ability to use very specific logic to identify leads by patterns in the system.
- Allow for a more frequent scheduling occurrence for campaigns - hourly and bi-weekly are two that come to mind.
- Ability to integrate with up or downstream systems allowing hyper customization.
