Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

It helped our account firm lead management and nurture prospects more efficiently and effectively. It addressed challenges around tracking client interest, automating follow-ups, and aligning our marketing efforts with real sales. We mostly used it for emailing campaigns and reporting to support business development and client acquisition in and out of the firm.

Adobe Marketo Engage is well suited for our b2b organization needs, especially as an accounting firm with long sales cycling that need lead nurturing and rely on relationship building and maintenance. targeted email automation for clients, tracking prospect engagement over time, help with marketing and business development teams to stay aligned and focused. I think it’s less suited for small teams with less complex marketing needs or limited resources with short and more transactional sales cycles.
