Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Stock

As an entrepreneur, and a self-employed mortgage professional I rely on Adobe Stock to locate images for my social, print, and email marketing. The large database of stock photos and images helps provide not only images for my marketing but also provides ideas and inspiration for marketing pieces.
  • A very large database of images.
  • Search function is easy to use and accurate.
  • Royalty free images, can't beat that!
  • It does much more than images however for somebody that doesn't have experience using video or fonts it can be too much.
  • Cost can be a barrier for images that are not free. Your adobe membership does not transfer over to adobe stock unfortunately.
  • I have noticed certain images being used by others, some of their more popular images are often used and duplicated throughout my industry. This isn't a fault of them, but ideally, they would update their images more often.
  • Large inventory of images
  • High quality images great for printing
  • Great search function
  • Social media engagement especially on LinkedIn is better.
  • Social media and marketing pieces look to be professionally made even though I am not a professional marketer or designer.
Adobe Creative Cloud is fantastic for putting together marketing pieces but doesn't have the image library as Adobe Stock. Your best solution is to utilize Stock for its image library and transfer that over to Adobe CC.

Do you think Adobe Stock delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Stock's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Stock live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Stock go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Stock again?

Yes

I use Adobe Stock for one-off marketing pieces and it works great for that. I know designers who utilize it on a daily basis for large projects and it serves its purpose very well for that as well. The non-image options are better suited for somebody with a design and marketing background where the images can be used by anybody because it's so easy to download. I do end up using Adobe Stock a lot with Adobe CC. The only time Adobe Stock may not be appropriate is if you do not do a lot of social media/marketing pieces as it would not make sense financially.
