Make volunteering easy again: Valuable platform, great projects & amazing people behind the scenes!

We use Alaya across our company, I’m part of our HR Employer Branding team and manage talent programs where we work with Alaya to connect with NGOs and organize meaningful volunteering activities for our employees. It makes organizing events and managing participation easy. For example, we organized a virtual volunteering activity for our interns from across multiple offices where we advised five different NGOs to tackle their challenges, like helping them with their SWOT analyses and finance. In brainstorming sessions and final presentations, we had the chance to come up with unique ideas and help the NGOs to grow. It was a nice opportunity to bring our teams together to bond while helping the community, which is great for our employee engagement and talent attraction.
