Alaya is our central tool for our employee-centric corporate social responsibility program, it’s a key pillar to our employee engagement efforts for our whole organization across departments and multiple countries.
Alaya helps us engage employees, helping them to develop and grow, but also engage with our communities and support a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable tomorrow in a structured way. It’s a way for our employees to build trust, collaborate, and meet other Nexthinkers around the globe, and an opportunity for us to give back to the communities where we live and work.
