Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Aline to track our senior prospects and marketing efforts. Aline helps save paper and time because it's easy to navigate and everything is on the computer.

Helps track scheduled appointments
Allows a variety of lost lead reasons
Provides a dashboard so I can see what I need to follow up in one convenient location

Cons

Being able to automatically link lead appointment to our calendars would be helpful
Easier to read reports
Being able to switch a lead from prospect to family relation in an easier way would be helpful

Allows multiple relationships to be added to one lead

I've never really had any issues with Aline and everyone in the office uses it regularly without complaint.
