Overall Satisfaction with Aline

I use Aline to track our senior prospects and marketing efforts. Aline helps save paper and time because it's easy to navigate and everything is on the computer.

Pros

  • Helps track scheduled appointments
  • Allows a variety of lost lead reasons
  • Provides a dashboard so I can see what I need to follow up in one convenient location

Cons

  • Being able to automatically link lead appointment to our calendars would be helpful
  • Easier to read reports
  • Being able to switch a lead from prospect to family relation in an easier way would be helpful
  • Eliminates printed paperwork
  • Helps track my follow up to-do list
  • Allows multiple relationships to be added to one lead
I've never really had any issues with Aline and everyone in the office uses it regularly without complaint.
