Overall Satisfaction with Aline

I use Aline daily in my work, which is instrumental in impacting my time management and quick access to information. It helps me stay focused on the task and is intuitive, leading me to the best next steps. My daily dashboard allows me a quick view of my day in a forward-thinking, task-oriented manner.

Pros

  • Easy view dashboard.
  • Good notes summary.
  • Using colors to define activities and people.

Cons

  • It needs to be able to "pop" back to the top of the page easily.
  • I want to screenshot particular notes by eliminating some notes.
  • Eliminates paperwork.
  • Optimizes my sales process.
  • Improved analytics.
I always receive a timely answer to my queries, and if they have to interface with my IT team, they are willing to do so.
It is super easy to use, has great dashboard views, and has good color coordination for tasks and leads vs prospects vs. family vs. referral sources.
