Overall Satisfaction with Aline

As a Sales and Marketing Director, I must have a meaningful and informative database of my prospects. Aline keeps me on track and guarantees I won't miss making that critical phone call or next step with a potential customer. The tools available to plan and engage creatively with prospects are invaluable and align with my philosophy of relationship-building and guiding the prospect through what can often be an emotional and complicated process. I have used many CRM software programs. Aline is by far my favorite one.

Pros

  • Organizing and planning a creative follow-up.
  • Helping me identify the stage a prospect is currently in.
  • Keeping track of my goals.

Cons

  • Would like to enter the time of an appointment easier. I have a shortcut, but I have not been able to just enter the time quickly.
  • Sending bulk emails or invitations directly to prospects or influencers.
  • Easily identifies leads that are already in the system, and that has allowed us to make sure we don't have duplicate leads.
  • Positive impact is the photo on each lead helps me feel familiar with the individual even prior to meeting them. It helps to personalize the experience, resulting in increased sales.
Support has been very responsive and helpful. I have also utilized the tools and suggestions, including training videos. Especially helpful when learning how this particular CRM worked and the best way to use the database to increase sales and stay ahead of the leads.
User-friendly with many tools to keep track of and move the sales process forward. Variety of reports to utilize and share. Great occupancy page to see availability at a glance.
Using different versions of Yardi showed me that it was only as effective if a decent amount of add-ons were purchased by the company. Welcome Home was good but not as philosophy-driven because of the Sherpa influence on Aline.

Aline is suited for scenarios where it is crucial to gather and document a large amount of key information from prospects and their influencers in order to move the sales process forward. Aline is only as effective as the user chooses to utilize the tools provided. A great CRM should be one that, if another individual needs to access and take the lead over, should be seamless and informative.
