Overall Satisfaction with Altium Designer
As a test eningeer I use it to review PCB layouts, not for designing or layouting itself. The tool has all you need, all you need is a good basic training to get familier with some basic commands to be able to look around.
Pros
- complete toolbox
- layout is nice
Cons
- some guidance for newbees
- history of the project
- schematic review goes fast
The layouter is happy with the tool, it does what it needs to do and much more. I am happy that I can view layouts when necessary.
