Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan
Internally we use Anaplan for project management. We use this to consider the opportunities we have upcoming, and plan which employees will be considered for that opportunity. The model then uses utilization, a cost rate, and a list price, to determine what the revenue, cost, and margin would be for each opportunity. This has allowed us a lot of flexibility in planning for projects and determining which projects to target as well as who should be assigned to each of these projects. It also makes it easy to add employees to projects later on if there is more work or to remove employees if there is not enough work on that opportunity.
