Overall Satisfaction with Ansible

We use it to deploy VM's, OS Hardening, Patching, etc. Ansible AWX is implemented for GUI which can be used by end-users.
  • This is agent less.
  • Deployments become easy.
  • UI is Lacking.
  • AWX is Docker which can complicate when upgrading.
  • As playbooks can easily be written in YAML/JSON and with Modules available, it does save time which gives savings on cost.
Ansible is widely used and picking up on Windows support as well.
