Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
We utilize ApptioOne to maintain the cost and revenue of IT resources and services that are in line with Technology Business Management fundamentals. We track data feeds from over 60 various areas throughout the university and model the data with TBM standards. We also utilize the data to monitor KPI's and review costs vs. expenses of our various IT operations.

Budgeting and forecasting are important features as it allows our finance team to monitor the budget and compare against various forecast throughout the fiscal year. The ability to bring in data from Hyperion and other systems also allow for an efficient operation that limits data entry and gives a broad range of data that we analyze and visualize for our clients.
- Bill of IT has allowed for easier cost recovery and therefore increased revenue realized.
- Cost Transparency and various reports have allowed our service owners to monitor and analyze the services they manage with great detail.
- Datalinks have ensured that we can incorporate outside systems into our reports where necessary.
