Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

We use ApptioOne to better align our spend with changing run costs to grow/transform/secure the business. It's used to reduce and create cost transparency.

Pros

  • Budgeting live helps reduce overall budgeting costs. Labor costs around budgeting had been cut 90%. The tool pays for itself, so don’t wait to jump in.

Cons

  • The platform has been exceptional. One main wish from my users is an undo opportunity in the budgeting/forecasting process.
We use automation to better align team members' time allocation. This allows us to focus on analysis instead of data input.

  • Better decisions making
They make you feel more like a partner rather than a customer. Continue to walk with you once installed.
