Providing IT Cost Transparency across the enterprise as well as supporting expense forecasting.
  • Dashboards and reporting.
  • Managed services.
  • Premier success program structure.
  • Support.
We have several data feeds set up with Apptio, at least 20-30 currently. We also have some custom data uploads we are doing as well. Modeling is going well. We are continuing to make changes in the model with Apptio's help.

Some bumps in the road, but it is getting better.

It is well suited for organizations that are concerned around getting transparency for their cost. However, larger organizations may struggle with rolling out Apptio if they don't have senior level support. Apptio can be overwhelming, it has so much data. You have to take it in small bites.
