ApptioOne is used for IT planning, expense management, and total cost of ownership to enable data-driven decisions. ApptioOne has replaced spreadsheets for monthly forecasting and reporting throughout the technology and tech finance organizations.

ApptioOne currently ingests data from multiple sources to provide a full view of our financial landscape. Budgeting and forecasting have migrated from spreadsheet driven to tool driven with all budget owners throughout the organization providing forecast details, and obtaining budget positions in real-time.
  • Forecasting has become quicker and more timely
We engage with the post-sales support team on a regular basis. They address questions and issues in a timely manner, and readily take complex questions to Apptio SMEs for quick turnaround on answers.
