We use chargeback and showback, as well as budgeting and demand planning. We use ApptioOne to solve the problem we have of needing to be more transparent.
- ApptioOne enables the consumers of IT services to understand exactly what they are paying for.
- The main thing for us would be to eliminate some of the latency we still have.
It's important for us to be able to budget flexibly and efficiently
- It's certainly improved the relationship between IT, finance and business units. As a result of that, we have been able to have less manual work done to provide information.
