Overall Satisfaction with Archie

We use Archie for renting out specifc areas of our office building as well as tracking who comes to the office. The system is easy to use and with tons of features, there are some aspects that can be improved but we had a good experience with it.

Pros

  • The flexibility to add different resource types
  • Easy to use mobile app
  • Simple visitor registration processes
  • Overall easy to use once you are up and running with the system

Cons

  • Setting up the system can took us almost 3 weeks, they team is helpful but there is a lot that was on our side
  • It's difficult to modify reservations once they took place
  • Managing invoices is another area that could be improved
  • Early to say what the ROI is, but given how we have simplified a lot of processes already I think the outcome will be defintiely postitive.
The mobile experience is amazing, our team loves it. There are some less intutive settings in the admin panel but once you get to know the platform it's overally very easy.
