Very happy with this solution
Overall Satisfaction with Archie
The system is very good, but I am especially happy with how their team and our representative in particular have been helpful at all stages, from rolling out the tool to support when we needed it. I made our process of registering visitors a lot better!
Pros
- They listen to us, their team is always updating the software and I feel like the feedback we share is actually heard.
- Easy to learn and use, only the initial setup takes a bit of time, but after that it's super easy.
- It can be connected to other software (like Microsoft) without much effort.
- Pricing is fair and all the new features they introduced were part of our plan.
Cons
- Not everything is customizable on the sign in steps (for instance certain text fields or buttons)
- We have someone at the front desk but I believe you could also make it fully self-service, in all cases it's a lot less work to handle visitors this way.
