Overall Satisfaction with Archie

We use Archie to track every guest that enters our tech hub. It handles the NDAs and notifies the host immediately via Teams/emails.

Pros

  • Automatic host notifications are instant.
  • Printing guest badges works every time.
  • The dashboard gives a clear audit trail for security.

Cons

  • The initial setup of the floor plan took some trial and error with the drag-and-drop tool.
  • I’d like more "kiosk" customization options for the landing screen, like images rotating screen saver style or just something more visual. This is just a nice to have obviosly but Envoy does it.
  • Significant ROI on security compliance. We no longer have to worry about paper logs or guests wandering around un-escorted.
The web portal is 10/10, the mobile experience is maybe a 8/10 but still good!
