Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Arena is used as our document control database. All our controlled procedures and records are kept in Arena for everyone in the company to see.
- Multiple querying parameters available. This is great.
- Never had an intance of system being down.
- Have multiple modules that allow tailored made processes for different departments.
- Arena only accepts 1 picture per part number. This is a problem when we have substitute parts that look different but serve the same function.
- Arena presents documents in the same format they are uploaded to it. In my view, all downloads from a document controlled system should be in the form of PDFs.
- Not user-friendly to do reports and export data.
- Quality has been the biggest [factor] for this system. We now manage all documentation for non-conformities using Arena.

Katerra is a new company and because of this we needed a system that allowed us to stablish quality processes while being cost effective.
Yes, Arena was easy to deploy.
