Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Arena is used by the Design team and NPI department so it can be deployed and used on the manufacturing site by a few members to consult information.
Pros
- Very good link between the BOM and supporting documents.
- Keep all information in only one database.
Cons
- Redundancies of where to access documents.
- Assign approvals to specific users.
- Not involved in the software purchase or financial justification.
- Prior Experience with the Product
- Existing Relationship with the Vendor
I was not involved in the selection of Arena.
