Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS

My company uses this for item/BOM new setups and updates per Customer change notices. As the contract manufacturer, the notifications from Arena PLM and QMS are vital in the success of each transaction. The notifications from Arena PLM and QMS are "live" and keep my company up-to-date. The ability to see all available revisions and select redlines in Arena PLM and QMS are priceless.

Pros

  • Easy to read notifications.
  • Easy to export the files.
  • The navigation is seamless.

Cons

  • The redline report can edit out and left with just the changes.
  • Improved information sharing
  • Improved information sharing between customers and CM
