Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS

We use Arena PLM and QMS to track parts and and setup BOMs for easy coordinate between our design team, supply chain, and our manufacturers. The product ties in very well with Onshape and provides a lot of power feature when it comes to managing our parts which can quickly go over thousands of parts.

Ease of use is one of the most important things especially when it comes to PLM because multiple people need to learn it and other sometimes may require deep and in-depth knowledge before a new person is able to get up and running using the system. Arena PLM and QMS does a great job introducing the system to new users.
Duro Labs did not have the best functionality or connectivity like Arena PLM and QMS does. Some syncs may be missed and not everything was update to date. Other times, some parts in BOMs would not be present and a new sync had to be performed. Any small change that Onshape makes also has the potential to break Duro which ultimately made it unreliable.

Yes

Arena PLM and QMS is very well suite for situations where you would use the computer aided design software, Onshape, as your main CAD driver. The integration that Arena PLM and QMS has with Onshape make both a very powerful tool. Especially when it comes to managing large bill of materials, it makes sense to have a PLM like Arena PLM and QMS to manage all of that.
