Overall Satisfaction with Armor Complete

Overall, I can't complain about the service provided by Armor. They have treated us very well.
Our core infrastructure is hosted with Armor Complete. It gave us piece of mind versus in-house hardware and it freed up management resources to focus on other, more important subjects.

Pros

  • Security - Constantly monitoring for threats, eliminating most before they are even realized.
  • Management - Staff is constantly monitoring the hardware and software for any potential issues.

Cons

  • The self-management of firewall rules was missing at first, but that is now available in their new portal.
[Armor Complete is well suited for] Mid to large companies looking to free up sysadmin resources for more important tasks (projects, network infrastructure, etc) and wanting better peace of mind without having to fork out tons of money on redundant network, server, and power.
It might be too costly for smaller start up companies.
