Overall Satisfaction with ASP.NET

It is being used across the business as a web hosting service provider
  • I am not happy with services at all.
  • Help desk consultants are not experienced solution providers, I have experienced that they even are not competent to solve very basic issues which is very evident in my help desk query list.
  • I have lost very important emails which would have been big sales for me , emails which were lost during server break down were not been able to recovered
I will not select again and will not advise to use our clients
The service has not performed well, web host servicing breaks down even without notice. When asked the reason technical team says it was server maintenance. If it is server maintenance, a simple email at the time of break down would have made the client aware. This team does not care about the client at all.
