We mainly use Astra DB Vector databases for our internal and customer support chatbots. The internal chatbot uses a database with more critical data and is therefore, separated from the customer facing chatbot.

Cons
- Copying of databases and relocating them is not possible
- Our response time on first level support tickets has decreased by 20%
- Time for internal information search has decreased by 10%
Astra DB allowed us running a database without going deep into the configuration hell. It scales with our usage and therefore, there was no need to learn the sepcialities of a vector database.
