Used by the department. Solves issues of generating statistics and information around user traffic on our portals.

Pros

  • Reliability and consistency on statistics.
  • Historical data easily available.

Cons

  • Some of the filters are not defined clearly.
  • Better understand user behavior
Never had to contact support but I assume it would be really good.
First time using such a product, the business decision to use AT internet is working out well so far.
Well suited for traffic information on portals used within the company, can easily identify user behavior.
