I used AT Internet within a project as it was in use by one of our customers.
  • Raw data export feature is amazing.
  • The query editor is pretty slow.
  • The analysis also takes long time to load.
  • The dashboard-building tool doesn't provide the best UX.
I mostly used the AT Internet query builder to export raw data and conducted the analysis externally. Due to the large size of the dataset, the tool was quite slow, especially when dealing with user segments, but the possibility itself to export the raw data makes up for the waiting time and is a great feature that some competitors (like the free version of Google Analytics) don't have.

AT Internet is used by all departments that need analytics. It helps to track the behavior of users when we make product evolutions. AT Internet is an incredible tool to understand what users like and dislike. When we only have mockups, it's not always easy to find out what will work or not.

I think AT Internet is great for tracking numbers. AT Internet [is] a solution that is much more complete than Google Analytics. It is well suited for large corporations who want to understand their users better. However, for smaller startups, I guess that the solution offers too many different setting possibilities. AT Internet would be even more relevant if it had heat maps.

ATI is integrated with our digital platforms. Our clients are set up with ATI access and can easily run our templated, customized reports. It is being used across the whole organization and by all of our partners. The ATI software provides many options for data analysis and tracking. It helps our partners understand how well their digital editions are doing, as well as focus their marketing and targeted advertising.

Business units want to analyze their website traffic and website users' behavior. We support this endeavor and implement AT Internet on their websites. After implementation, business users analyze their data on their own. However, we support them with user training, FAQ sessions, and consulting services. In order to stay up-to-date, we have a weekly exchange directly with AT Internet consultants. On the one hand, they give us updates about new features and, on the other hand, help us to overcome various technical challenges or issues.

  • Price management (i.e., not comparable to Google)
  • Innovative solutions (make use of AI in some analyses, which is getting better and better)
  • Possibility of segmentation for analysis (i.e., segment users based on their IP address or their type of device)
  • Possibility of "templates" (i.e., when setting up new domains in the tool or for example when creating dashboards)
  • User management / user concept -- setup of the organization and user structure
Due to compliance and legal issues, I would always recommend AT Internet in comparison to other web analytics tools. It is well suited for non-IT users to analyze their website data. If users are more into IT, they have the ability to analyze their data using the "Data Query" functionality. They can create individual dashboards on their own and share them across the organization or to specific individuals. However, sometimes AT Internet seems to have trouble when it comes to their "Level 1 (=domain) & Level 2 (subdomain)" concept of website management (update this month: they plan to change their existing solution to only one-level information). In addition, when you are searching for a solution with an emphasis on SEO information or more technical KPIs like page speed, AT Internet may not the right solution for you.

As a consultant in the field of digital intelligence, I use AT Internet to observe the behavior of our customers' customers. AT Internet is also used as a benchmark for other tracking technologies. Since AT Internet is able to collect and visualize analyzes of the website or app data almost in real-time, it is possible to react to unforeseen events and take measures.

  • Underestimated due to Adobe and Google by degree of awareness.
  • Easy to learn, hard to master.
AT Internet is ideal for measuring websites and app data. It offers fast analysis for C level management, which is supported by a good visualization. It is also suitable for filling a customer data platform with data. It is possible to use AT Internet as the first-level monitoring of a website, but it is not suitable as a data lake. It is better to use AT Internet data in a data lake.

It is being used by the News Department to understand audience, their behaviors and, particularly, the performance of our contents. For the news industry, the highly important and game-changing knowledge is the insights of the audience—their demographics and behaviors. AT Internet allows us to look into those, compare them and understand them better so we are targeting them with more concrete content.

It's very good, well detailed, and has tons of filterable metrics that help to understand the audience of any website very well. It's best suited where you are trying to understand audience behavior in your site. It's less appropriate if you are looking to analyze live traffic and audience to your site.

AT Internet is used by different business units within the whole group, and more specifically by web analysts, SEO, and marketing managers.
The BUs can be media or lead-oriented; there are also other site issues, such as classifieds or events.
It is used to track traffic and conversions, according to traffic sources, etc. Each business unit has its own problems.
AT Internet has also made it possible to respond to the RGPD problematic for a few months now and thus be in line with the latest European directives.

Previously, I worked for media sites and there were features that I couldn't find on AT Internet. Today, for lead sites, I don't have these problems (I'm also accompanied more by internal experts in the group).
I think that the tool is not adapted to small companies: because of the price and the complexity of handling for non-specialists.

AT Internet is used by Marketing Digital team and also Communication teams. [It is] only used by these departments in order to see who are the users of our websites.
  • Allows a clear view of the Customer Journey on our websites.
  • Gives a good overview of the nationality of our users.
  • Gives the opportunity to see what are really the most useful pages of our website so that we can "cancel" those which are clearly not consulted.
  • Not so easy to make difference between users who are inside the company and those who come from other entities.
  • Some concept such as "taux de rebond" are not so easily explained.
  • Not so easy to rename the name of the pages consulted. For instance, if I have tagged a page as "Landing Page" but afterward I feel the name as misleading, I must ask my IT to change the name (ie "Home Page") but can't do it myself.
[Suited] to understand clearly what are the most consulted pages so that you can cancel the one that are really not consulted.

With AT Internet we are measuring the success of our online activities - both internal and external. It helps us to gain insights into the usage and behavior of our websites, webshops, and our intranet.
All communication teams, HR employer branding, and the webshop teams are using it.
The very versatile dashboards of AT Internet allow for made-to-measure analytics solutions. Also, the super-flexible data collection enables us to get the information we need for specific purposes.
  • Dedicated support: AT Internet really cares for its customers. When things get stuck for some reason you'll get addressed pro-actively.
  • Quality: The platform hardly ever seems to have breaks. It feels stable and reliable.
  • Do-it-yourself: After attending a training anyone should be able to set up their own dashboards or to conduct sophisticated research.
  • Confusing properties: Sometimes you don't exactly know which property to use in a specific case because there are so many. This can end up in trial & error routines.
  • Performance: It's tons of data for sure. Processing these data sometimes takes very long. The new data foundation DELTA brings some improvements to this issue, though.
  • Pricing: it's a professional software solution and not Google Analytics. It comes with some significant costs. And you'll spend extra money on professional services for training and implementations.
When it comes to web analytics AT Internet is well suited. We introduced AT Internet in 2017 after an evaluation project with other professional analytics solutions. Starting with our corporate website we quickly rolled it out to our customer experience platform, our webshops, and our corporate intranet based on SharePoint 2013.
Especially the use in our intranet brought significant improvements over the standard analytics features SP 2013 is offering. The ATI tag systems with their flexibility allow us to include company-specific properties and thus making it possible for us to analyze our intranet usage on segments such as locations, branches, and so on.

AT Internet is used to analyze the behavior of employees on a new web and Android application project. Only part of the team is trained to use it. The Analytics Suite allows you to see what is used the most on the prototype in order to be able to improve that part of the site, and not spend a lot of time on what is little used.

AT Internet is a software used mainly by the marketing and e-commerce department in order to track our sales and also micro-conversions of our website. It address the tracking of all levels of acquisition and from my side, especially the media campaigns performance with detailed KPI’s such as arrival rate, bounce rate, number of visits, time spend in our website... it helps us to create clusters for our next media bursts.
  • AT Internet allows to create personalised dashboards.
  • There is an expert team which can help us through a hotline, they are available, it is not only an analytics tool (such as Google, you can use their tool but you are alone when you have issues!).
  • High security of the software that guarantees data protection.
  • Be more user-centric for the dashboard. It is quite hard to use the tool without training. The interface is not user friendly.
  • Create template of dashboards that we could use directly.
  • Using Search activity and especially SEA, a simple plug between Google Analytics and AT Internet to create clusters of audiences to better manage the PPC campaigns. Maybe it is possible but I tried to set up with AT Internet and never had feedback.
AT Internet is well suited from a global perspective that includes all levels of acquisition but also internal figures. Especially for the media campaigns, Google Analytics had better perspectives to improve the management of our media campaigns that we could use to create clusters such as customer match, similar audiences. The « infinite » possibilities from Google is to track the signals of our audiences and to be at the right time with the right message in the Google platforms, and we could not do it with AT Internet.

AT Internet is being used by all websites managers. It helps our teams to analyze the web traffic on our websites: visitors, unique visitor, campaigns analysis (with social medias, emails...). We generates dashboards which are delivered every week to managers, consultants and traffic manager. Thanks to the API, we have created interfaces with our own applications.

Best scenario: generate dashboards for our users and send them each week with specific KPI depending on the user's job.

AT Internet is great to quickly showcase data to someone, however when more dimensions are requested it slows down drastically. The user journey dimensions are good to fully understand how someone has entered our online platform and how they navigated through our content. API is good when it works however, there are a lot of times where it crashes and the support puts the issue back on us.

At Internet is used by our organization to track visitors to our site, and the behavior of visitors (onward journeys, how long they watch videos for, etc). It's used, as far as I'm aware, across the whole organization. It allows to create and keep track of KPIs, and understand better how our products are performing.

  • Easily customizable for personal queries.
  • Not immediately clear what all the functions are for.
  • Really hard to track exactly where people have entered your site from, and their onward journeys.
  • Reports can't (as far as I'm aware) detect headlines/titles so it can be a bit of faff figuring out which pages the numbers are referring to.
AT Internet is well suited to media organizations looking to track how many people are visiting their site, but it's not as good for people who want to see how one individual is interacting with the site as a whole, and their comings and goings.

We use it to have an idea of how many users access our web pages each day and what content they regularly go to. Almost all of our departments use it. We also use it to get an idea of the devices and browsers that users use so that we know which to test on.

We use AT Internet to monitor the traffic of our website on a weekly and monthly basis. It is useful to see what products attract more attention.
  • It is easy to locate your strengths/weaknesses from the tool.
  • User-friendly platform.
  • Adding info to reports is cumbersome.
The news traffic is very useful, but you need to spend a significant amount of time when you start using it to create the reports. After that, you can easily identify what attracts more attention to your readers. Once you set-up the report parameters everything is automated. It is easy to export reports on a daily basis.

AT Internet is being used by our entire organization. We are a software-as-a-service company and use AT Internet for our analytics of client publications. We grant our clients access to AT Internet so they are able to track analytics on their own and review master reports or create reports of their own.

AT Internet is well suited for those that have an analytical mindset and really want to dig into the numbers. For those that want a high-level overview, AT Internet can do that too. I feel the software can be appropriate for anyone.
