Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

We use it to have an idea of how many users access our web pages each day and what content they regularly go to. Almost all of our departments use it. We also use it to get an idea of the devices and browsers that users use so that we know which to test on.

I've not been a witness to any customer support from ATI so I am unsure.
Perfectly suited for getting all the data you need about your users and how and what they access on your site. Able to use graphs to track trends and filter for different time periods. Less suited for quick response as stats aren't instantly shown on the ATI site. Usually a couple of hours.

Experience with Analytics Suite Delta

Overall the experience is very good, it's quick, relaiable and does everything I would want. The only problems I have are matching the correct stats to what I want. It can be painful trying to find the right thing and the explanations are not always the clearest. That's the only issue i've found though.
I've never had an issue with AT Internet being available, it's always been available for me.
