Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet

ATI is integrated with our digital platforms. Our clients are set up with ATI access and can easily run our templated, customized reports. It is being used across the whole organization and by all of our partners. The ATI software provides many options for data analysis and tracking. It helps our partners understand how well their digital editions are doing, as well as focus their marketing and targeted advertising.

  • Tracks device type (desktop or mobile)

Cons

  • Better tutorials for first time users
  • Limit the visibility option, to control what the end user sees when logged-in
  • Allowed partners to understand and track their success by looking at data
  • Helped our partners address areas of improvement
  • Understand how we can better support our partners
They've always been easy to reach and quick to respond.
[AT Internet is] much easier to understand, has many options, and is a very thorough platform in general.
