Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

It's being used by our tech team to authenticate the members of our client's health plans. We love that we're able to set up multi-tenancy with ease that allows us to meet the unique needs of our clients. We have explored other platforms out in the market such as Okta and found that Auth0 is superior when it comes to customer support and experience.

I thought Auth0 had a better customer service and experience when compared to Okta.
Auth0 has been my top choice when it comes to an authentication provider for the past 4 years or so across different organizations due to it's simple to use and simple to set-up experience.

Configuring The Okta Identity Cloud

I think once you get to the enterprise level plan, it becomes a lot more configurable when compared to some of the lower tiers. In that sense, I think it's just right and Auth0 provides different tiers for different organization sizes.
