Overall Satisfaction with Auth0

It has streamlined our authentication workflows. Earlier a lot of dev effort by the team was required to secure login flows. All of that has been integrated and streamlined by Auth0

  • option to add to security logins on our web app
  • saves time while doing multifactor security review
  • two step verification adds reliability to our platforms

Cons

  • steep learning curve so requires high technical expertise to implement
  • some advanced features are only available with higher licensing price
  • Configuration UI can feel overwhelming for beginners
  • increase go to market speed for an application
  • saved time ad cost on engineering resources
  • enhanced user experience with reliable login flows

- great over all product support specially for passkey biometric authentication
-Auth0 is very reliable to use their API integration for security
verification. It provides best API to integrate our website and application
with Single Sign In option and two step verification option. Sales and technical teams are always there to provide support

Superior sales and technical support. Excellent documentation which is ideal for product led team who want to go live in quick time. Adaptability to complex workflows and scalable for future growth and integrations

well suited for out of the box secure login authentication solutions reducing time to markets
Not well suited for cost sensitive projects as Advanced features are available at higher tier of licensing so the cost can quickly add-up.
