Overall Satisfaction with Auzmor Learn
Auzmor [Learn] is being used by our company to deploy compliance training and track training completion across all functional areas. Auzmor [Learn] replaced a laborious manual method and has increased training efficiency considerably. It is a user friendly system for both the Administrators and the Learners. It also presents a professional “first impression” for training delivery and it reduced the manpower hours needed to maintain training records.

- Increasing the "Course Title" field on the Certificates - our titles are sometimes longer than the allowed spaces which results in truncated titled on the Certificate
- Providing the learner the ability to print their own insight report (only Admins can print reports)
- Providing the learner the ability to alphabetically sort their training assignments and completions under their "Your Content" area on their homepage (only Admins can sort courses)
- Adding a "Courses" tab to a team so the Admin can see at a glance what courses are associated with the team. Currently, the Admin has to print a report to obtain the list.
- Ability to assign personnel to a training team (more efficient)
- Reduced manpower needed to track and maintain records (less labor cost)
- Archiving old courses and uploading new content is simple and quick
- Reports are automatically exported into Excel so data can easily be sorted
- Automated email notification to learners when training is assigned
In my 30+ years of experience in the QA and Training areas, I have been both on the user and administrator end of several learning management systems (LMS). Some of the LMSs for previous employers were professionally developed and some were developed in-house. All of them had issues in some form or another. When researching an LMS for my current company, the HR manager (who was also had years of experience) and I evaluated 10 other systems in addition to Auzmor [Learn]. For the price and functionality that we needed, Auzmor [Learn] took the lead.
