Overall Satisfaction with Avamar

We used Avamar as a backup. The only problem we see is that sometimes the backup is slow. The support; however, is really helpful and responsive. We had a lot of issues fixed by the support team.

  • We had a situation where our email went down and we used the backup from Avamar
  • By having the backup from Avamar, we feel more secure
  • This leads to an increase for employee efficiency
We had different backup system before. We used 2 different ones the last 2 years but we ended up with Avamar. Since then we never really change our backup system because we got the result we wanted from Avamar.
