Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

Actually AxisCare is user friendly and very easy to access I just loved to use it. It mainly helpful in transmitting data for billing purpose. Our scope is to track all the visits for the clients and hours worked for caregivers. And adding noa hours into billing option supports to check the visits are allocated as per noa hours. And Cons I think there is no option to delete inactive clients or caregivers. Thank you

  • Transmitting data for billing purpose
  • Helpful in Tracking both client and employee hours
  • And it is also speed in performance
  • Then Easy to access
  • Userfriendly

Cons

  • I think delete option not available to delete inactive clients or caregivers
  • And sometimes it is not allowing to clock in and clock out the caregivers through mobile phones. So we are spending time to confirm missed visits
  • And connection problem persists with change healthcare, may be problem with change healthcare not with AxisCare.
  • Definitely it impacts to get proper claims paid out as per Noa
