Overall Satisfaction with AxisCare Home Care Software

For scheduling clients, logging ADL's in AxisCare, maintaining schedules, billing, etc. We schedule between 3,000 and 4,500 hours per week. We love our system. It keeps me up to date with all Caregiver info & the new Dashboard is a big help. We are learning about AxisCare Intelligence, which has been very helpful with staffing shifts & notifying Caregivers.

Pros

Cons

  • Being able to schedule bi weekly or once a month visits easier would be nice.
  • It would be nice to organize the toolbar in alphabetical order or be able to adjust my own display.
  • Less bots messages.
  • documentation is always there.
  • We run our business based upon our schedules which stays organized in AxisCare.
  • Profiles keep everything in one place.
For the organization, documentation, easy interface, & many many other reasons. It helps make my work life better daily. I can pull up any Caregiver or Client almost immediately while being asked questions on the phone. Partnered with our SmartAutomations system, the documentation helps a lot. I've been utilizing the program for almost 4 years & I still learn new things that help.
My company has been using AxisCare for years. As far as I know, our owner did not have another company before. I have been here 4 years & AxisCare has only made improvements. I have no knowledge of our owner ever trying to change companies or use anyone else. AxisCare helps us daily.

AxisCare makes our job easier. We can look up anything we need information on, client by client, or from Caregiver profiles. Keeping the active/inactive list displayed helps us with old information & ex-employee calls. I love how you can customize your own colors, which helps with organization. It helps with any & all calls we receive throughout the day.
