Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup
[Our] whole organization uses Barracuda Cloud-To-Cloud Backup, to backup Office365 Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
So far I find it very patchy, sometimes the backups do not work and there is no way to see why. We get nightly Exchange backups but only 1 SharePoint backup per week.
Restore is very difficult [in my experience] as the search function does not work, [I] have to browse through 2000 mailboxes to find the one [I] want to restore.
[The] price is cheap, but [in my opinion] functionality is not great.

- Easy to set up and manage
- Searching for a user to restore does not work
- More than 1 Sharepoint backup per week would be nice
- Whole of Office365 backup is important
- None yet. We will see if we have an incident where it is vital
