Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup

We moved gradually towards Office365 and started using products like Teams and OneDrive. But the more information you place here, the bigger the need for a backup and simple restore possibility. Enter Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. It was included in our Total Security offering. I just activated it and the backup was running. Need a restore: easy. I'm migrating with more confidence towards Office365.

We use Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to backup our Microsoft 365 environment. We use all available options of the product: Exchange, Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint. We have all our employees and students covered in the backup. The product helps us to restore data lost either by mistake or by possibly to neferious activity.

• We have restored files in many incidents that would have required end users a lot of work to restore lost data
• It's now safer to move data to M365 as we now are sure that the date is backed up. That frees up resources needed for onpremises data center.
• The product is cost effective way to backup M365 for all users.

We utilize the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup to provide a more complete backup environment for our Office 365 environment. It is one of the few solutions that backs up all aspects of our tenant; Exchange, One Drive, Sharepoint, Teams, and our Entra ID. We monitor the successful backups and then utilize the recovery feature when our users need to recover a file, folder, or email.

• TheBarracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup has allowed us to retain data for employees that are no longer with the company without requiring us to maintain any Office 365 licensing.

On our journey to bolster our cyber security & disaster recovery plans, we decided to purchase & implement Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

It was always in the back of our minds that should the worst happen, our Office 365 data isn't being backed up & would be lost.

This is where Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup comes in. With it's extremely simple set up, you connect it to your Microsoft 365 tenancy & it does the heavy lifting for you.

It instantly begins to create a backup schedule & then backs up your exchange mailboxes, your OneDrive accounts, your SharePoint Sites & your Microsoft Teams.

You can check restore from backup, export out of a backup, create scheduled reports which can to to specified users, it does everything you need to have peace of mind that your data is being securely backed up.

• Helps me worry a little less that in the worst case scenario, mailboxes & teams are easily restorable to continue with online learning at the very least.
• Whilst we weren't spending any money on backing up our Microsoft 365 data, I would say that it's worth every penny. Especially in a disaster recovery scenario.
• It also proves useful in instances where a user accidentally loses or deletes an important email or file in their mailbox/team. It can easily restore what has been lost.
