Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda CloudGen Firewall (formerly NG Firewalls)
We use the Cloudgen Firewall as an edge device for our retail stores. It is an effective solution that does not break the bank. Configuring a box can be more technical than other solutions but after doing a couple it becomes repetitive anyways. At that point it can be documented and easily followed.

- The hardware platform changes sometimes can surprise the users. F18a to F18b changed port count.

- Positive: The solution can be configured with ease by having documented steps.
- Positive: The price is reasonable.
- Negative: Sometimes issues arise with the box that reloading the configuration seems to help.
