Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training (formerly Barracuda Phishline)

Our overall experience with Barracuda was very positive. We could easily find all the content covering our security policies. Our compliance team was able to set up real-life scenarios to train and keep all our staff aware of email phishing security threats against 13 types of phishing attacks. We could easily monitor the individual user behaviour and assess any security risks. Its trend analytics and behaviour matrix impressions with its reports and dashboards are remarkable. They allow you to track the user behaviour and alert you so that you can set up appropriate follow-up awareness training and reduce any risk of a user falling for a phishing attack.

  • Excellent reporting features.

  • Support team very responsive.
  • Reduced the risk of phishing attacks so drives down cost exposure as a result of a breach.
  • Less costly than our previous solution/provider.
Easier to launch a campaign compared to Sophos, better analytics suite. The phishing simulations are more convincing. Plan is cheaper overall too.

This product has been great to use. It helped us identify users and departments that needed extra training . That training videos were also part of the application was certainly a benefit.
