Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Security Awareness Training (formerly Barracuda Phishline)
Used to run monthly training campaigns and user training, has a lot of customization available and that's also the main issue, it's too complicated to dip in and out of. It requires a significant amount of effort to learn and get the most out of it. Support is great and very quick to solve any issues the product has. It's not fully integrated with the rest of the barracuda products and has a separate MFA and separate look/feel.

Very far behind other platforms such as KnowBe4, i alsmot get the impression that Barracuda is a 10 year + older product that is no longer able to compete with the newer products. A complete overhaul is required to make it user friendly and competitive again. Phishline looks like it was an outside purchase and not a core product
