Overall Satisfaction with Basware

I have been the main support person and key implementer for Basware. Basware is used by all departments across all 16 global sites around world. Basware helps us to implement a paper free invoice system across globe.

Pros

  • Easy to Implement
  • Light Application from Resource wise.
I don't have experience with other product.
We will continue using product and continue renewing as it is widely used product and it has been well adapted by users in our organization. The product is expensive but we will use it. Hopefully the product bugs will be fixed in future and they will provide more HA architecture feather for Basware.

What is largest invoice image size that will get uploaded?
How many sites are there for user access to Basware?
Which systems will feed invoices ? e.g. Kofax ?
Which system will get data from invoice ? e.g. Navision, Geneva, Kofax
Which type of basware clients will be used by users?
What is bandwidth between each site?
